Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days.

Domestic shipping: We use Royal Mail second class, which can take 3-5 working days. The delivery upgrade is available for an extra charge, Royal Mail first class service (takes 1-3 working days) and Royal Mail Special guaranteed next working day delivery by 1 pm (1 working day).

International delivery: Royal Mail standard shipping (doesn't include tracking number) can take 10-21 working days. International Tracked& Sign service (tracking number included) takes 7-21 working days. International shipping charges automatically calculated at the check-out.  

EU customers have to pay a customs charge (VAT or Import Duty tax) if applicable due to Brexit for orders sent from the UK to the EU charges apply.
